Style

Florine‘s teaching comes from different styles and traditions, combined together to create a rythmic flow adapted to suit each one’s physical abilities. On the foundations of Hatha Yoga, she will add elements from the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, or slow it down to create a Yin sequence to get deeper emotional release and stretching.

She emphazises on alignment and verbal cues, and is also using hands-on alignment when needed, to provide saftety and long-term health for all the joints and muscles involved.

The classes usually start with a meditation, body awakening, and mind and breath grounding. Then Florine guides you through a few rounds of Sun Salutations. Then come the postures, combined together to get maximum benefits. The class ends with a cool down and a deep relaxation (Shavasana/Yoga Nidra).

Practice after practice, the mind becomes more focused, the body more stable, and the flexibility and strength increase gradually.

Schedule

Several classes are currently given in Strasbourg, France, for beginner, intermediate and advanced level. These classes are given in French. If you are interested in classes in English, please contact us as we are open for new classes.

Private at-home Yoga classes

You can book a private at-home Yoga class. The class will be specially designed to suit your own needs, and can be shared with up to 2 friends. It can be dispensed in French or English.
